THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees will apply. $400 per month for months Oct through May, and $800 per month for months June through September. This utility fee does not include pool heat which is optional at $20/day, but DOES include spa heat
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total
-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. When booking for 30+ nights, one day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $20/day with a 3-day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
