We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Saint-Jean-des-Champs at 10 min of Granville and beaches, this charming house, exposed West, South-West, of a surface of 180 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 75 m² (with stove), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 800 m² and a terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor
- A living room of 75 m² with TV, stove (wood supplied with supplement), sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with integrated grinder...
- Bedroom 1: a sofa bed (double) and an en-suite bathroom.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: two single beds.
- A games room where a final extra bed can be added if required, on request.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden, not overlooked, facing West/South-West of about 800 m² with slide and other outdoor games (racket, molki, boules).
- A terrace of about 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-des-Champs, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops within 100 metres...

The latter includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- The stove is functional but will not be in use in summer, in winter wood on request at extra cost on site.
