Renovated with modern touches, this house located in the village of La Chabanne will be the perfect base for your holidays with family or friends. Ground floor: From the bright entrance, you'll be charmed by the fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (sofa bed that sleeps 2 at no extra charge). Separate WC before the stairs.
First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), 1 shower room (shower and WC). Heating is provided by a pellet stove (bags included in the price) and electric heaters in the bedrooms. There is a garden area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, offering panoramic views of the Bourbonnais mountains.
During weekends and school holidays, you'll have access to the schoolyard (500m²), located behind the gîte, with a covered area and ping-pong table. La Loge des Gardes, a cross-country and downhill ski resort, is 8 km away.
Two other gîtes are also available for rent: Le Saillant (a gîte for 12 people in the same village) and/or Le Loge des Gardes. Galant (holiday cottage for 14 people).
